Triple Value Leadership Coaching
Triple Value Coaching is focused on helping leaders to aligning their business' strategy and performance to create value for itself, their clients and society. We call this creating Triple Value. It is rooted in the discovery of the innate 'shared purpose' of the business leader - the deeper reasons behind his/her work. From this one can develop the required Triple Value Leadership qualities and competencies.
Shared purpose model
Through Triple Value Coaching the leader will develop his shared purpose, based on his contextual intelligence and self-awareness. The process is designed to generate a new perspective on the future of the business strategy and goals. The reassessment of the needs of society and market developments will typically lead to the discovery of new market opportunities and sustainable solutions.
Triple Value coaching is based on the breakthrough method Winning with Society, which has been developed by Flow Foundation. Triple Value coaching starts with comprehensively assessing the core strengths and sustainability challenges faced by the leader's organization. This can best take place in a Triple Value Leadership workshop.
The coaching work consists of two phases that can run parallel:
- the development of personal purpose – the ‘inner’ journey;
- the alignment of the personal purpose with business and societal purpose by identifying a collective vision and goals – the ‘outer’ journey.
The second phase will include the alignment of stakeholders around these goals.
